Logging In

Logging into your Application

  1. Browse to https://login.team-logic.com
  2. Enter the email and password provided to you by:
    • A Delaware.net staff member
    • An email from the automatic signup system
    • The administrator of your application
  3. Click the "Login" Button

Forgotten Password Recovery

  1. Browse to https://login.team-logic.com
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account
  3. Click the "forgot password?" link

  4. You will be forwarded to a form with image verification. Enter the characters you see and click "Recover Password"
     
  5. Your password will be sent to you via email. For security reasons, it will be reset to a strong random password.

Changing your User Information & Password

Once you have logged in, you can change your profile information and set your password.

  1. Click the "My Profile" button in the upper right corner of your screen.

  2. Change any user information required, or reset your password. Your password must meet strength requirements.
  3. Click the "Update My Profile" button. You may need to log out and back in for some changes to appear.
